MMMM girl, you know I like a good sandwich! You can make a sandwich out of basically anything. All you need is a good sauce, some vegetables and a protein component (although I've had plenty of vegetable sandwiches). My friend Arnetta makes this BOMB sandwich by taking a toasted pita bread, slathering on peanut butter, and stuffing it with coleslaw, green onions, and sunflower seeds. It sounds kinda crazy, I know, but it is super duper tasty (Thank you Arnetta!!!!). When it comes to sandwiches my favorite topping is pickles I love the addition of the vinegar! Spicy mustard also adds a nice touch. You can't go wrong with tomatoes, sprouts, and avocados! Try it out, don't worry... it will be good.
