Pricing:
Initial consultation package: $150- (1x 30 min initial consultation, 2x 15 min follow up appointments)
Follow up appointments: $60 (1 x 30 min follow up call)
Consultations are available through phone service, FaceTime, or Zoom.
Payment
Payment (cash, personal check, venmo or PayPal) is taken prior to, or on the day of first consultation.
I do not take insurance at this time but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your own insurance company for possible reimbursement.
